In the cup, this PDM lot shows pineapple, blueberry, mixed tropical fruit and a winey, syrupy sweetness over a familiar Sipirok base, so it feels lively but not chaotic. Grown 1,000–1,300 masl in Pesantren Modern Unggulan Terpadu Darul Mursyid’s agroforestry system and processed by Q Grader Fahmul Hidayat Hasibuan using a Natural Hydro Honey protocol, it layers natural drying, hydro soaking, and honey-style drying to intensify fruit and sweetness while keeping the structure composed.
