Prau Temanggung Hybrid Black Honey
Prau Temanggung Hybrid Black Honey
Black Honey · Mossto with Triple Yeast
Good for you if: you want a modern Indonesian filter coffee with mixed-berry fruit and a floral lift, grounded by black-tea structure and brown-sugar sweetness — something fun to explore that still feels balanced every day.
Grown on Mount Prau in Temanggung, Java, at 1,200–1,350 masl and produced by JB Coffee, this Typica and Kartika lot is black honey processed with a mossto fermentation using triple yeast. In the cup, mixed berries and florals lead, moving into a black-tea body and closing with brown-sugar sweetness.
The black honey process leaves more of the cherry's sweetness on the seed during drying, while the triple-yeast mossto fermentation pushes the fruit forward. The result is a juicy yet structured cup that stays clean as it cools.
