Good for you if: you’re into funky‑elegant coffees that taste like dessert and tea at the same time—loud blueberry, but wrapped in a clean, oolong‑like structure.

Blue Magic is a tiny nano lot from Baan Pamiang, Lampang, Thailand, built from Bourbon and Catimor grown around 1,250–1,350 MASL. Cherries go through an anaerobic honey with selected yeast: sealed low‑oxygen fermentation to build aromatics, then drying with part of the mucilage still on the seed to lock in sweetness and a creamy texture.

In the cup, expect blueberry jam and blueberry cheesecake, rum‑raisin warmth, and pu’er / oolong‑like tea tones that give a long, smooth finish. As filter it feels like a fruity, sweet tea with body; as modern espresso it becomes a rich, syrupy shot that shines on its own or in smaller milk drinks.
