Grown by Jhoan Vergara at Finca Las Flores / El Diviso in Acevedo, Huila at 1,700–1,950 masl, this natural Gesha moves through a precisely sequenced multi‑stage fermentation with selected inoculant cultures from previous Gesha batches, then finishes with thermal shock to open the seed structure and permanently fix its volatile aromatics before slow, controlled drying. The result is a cup that reads like fine perfume and rare tea at the same time—jasmine, geranium and rose layered over bright citrus and bergamot, with lemongrass threading through a clean, oolong‑like body and an aftertaste that stays elegant and sweet long after the cup is empty. Private Reserve means this is the top selection of the harvest—fewer bags, stricter picking, and no compromises on process.
