Lohas Las Flores Jhoan Vergara Red Bourbon Creamy Cultured Brilliance Natural Competition Lot
Lohas Las Flores – Jhoan Vergara Red Bourbon Natural (Competition Lot)
Natural – Creamy Cultured Brilliance Fermentation
Good for you if: you want a competition-grade coffee that tastes like a bowl of ripe red fruit with cream, bright enough for slow filter brewing and expressive enough for a modern espresso.
Grown by Jhoan Vergara at Finca Las Flores in Acevedo, Huila at 1,750 masl, this Red Bourbon lot is processed natural with Lohas' Creamy Cultured Brilliance fermentation. In the cup, it opens with raspberry, strawberry, and peach, layers in a hint of berries, and finishes with a crisp green apple note over a creamy texture.
Fermented with lactic acid bacteria (LAB), the process builds a rounded, creamy mouthfeel while natural drying keeps the fruit vivid.
