Thailand Finca Cecrata – Kyoho Grape
Thailand Finca Cecrata – Kyoho Grape
Honey Anaerobic with Yeast + Long, Slow Drying
Good for you if: you love juicy, grape-forward filter coffee that drinks almost like fruit juice, and you want a sweet, playful cup to explore beyond the usual chocolate-and-nut profile.
Grown at Finca Cecrata in Baan Pha Miang, Lampang, northern Thailand, at 1,300+ masl, this Catimor and Bourbon lot is processed as a honey with cultured anaerobic fermentation using yeast, then dried long and slow. In the cup, it opens with ripe Kyoho grape, moves into a glossy grape-jelly sweetness, and settles into a fruit-juice character with a sweet, clean finish.
The yeast-cultured fermentation pushes the grape character to the front, while the slow drying keeps the sweetness rounded rather than sharp. The result is a vivid, juicy cup that stays easy to enjoy from the first sip to the last.
